Once the building was in a sound and stable condition, the interior was completely redesigned to create a professional and attractive workspace. This included the installation of new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as the addition of any necessary partitioning, glazed screens for meetings rooms and extensive tenant specific fit outs.

The exterior of the building was also refurbished, including the repair or replacement of any damaged or worn features, such as windows and doors along with fully sandblasting the façade. The sole goal for Stoneholme Business Centre was to create a high quality property that met the needs of the local business community and reflected the standards of the long standing client who had commissioned the work. The project was successfully completed, and the business centre is now a thriving hub for local companies.
