Arts & Crafts Home Full Renovation & Leisure Suite Extension - Cheshire

Our approach began on site, walking through the property with the client and contractor before design work even started. That collaborative groundwork shaped the design thinking and ensured every change served the family’s lifestyle. Externally, the new extension was kept sympathetic in form and material, while internally it adopts a more contemporary tone. We retained all period features, working with Jack Badger carpenters to restore traditional oak detailing that anchors the modern additions.

As lead consultant, we coordinated every specialist, from pool engineers to lighting designers, ensuring full integration before construction began. The project was delivered under a cost-plus contract, supported by a project quantity surveyor to maintain clarity over program and expenditure.

The result is a seamless blend of heritage and modern living, a family home that feels calm, connected and ready to entertain. The leisure suite has already hosted family gatherings and friends who, impressed by the space, have since commissioned their own projects.
